These terms apply to purchases made through rafraflondon.co.uk under the RAF RAF LONDON brand.

Products and availability

Product colours and imagery are presented as accurately as possible, but screens can display colour differently. Sizes and stock are subject to availability. A pair is not guaranteed until payment is successfully completed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Checkout is processed securely through PayPal and the payment methods PayPal makes available to the customer.

Delivery

UK delivery is targeted at 2–4 working days. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, weekends and public holidays.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you want to request a return. Returned footwear should be unworn, unused and in resalable condition. Contact support before sending an item back so the correct return instructions can be provided.
